Announcing My Debut Novel: 'The Druids’ Queen' — Coming Soon!

I can hardly believe I’m writing these words: My debut fantasy novel, The Druids’ Queen, is about to be released!

This book has lived in my head and heart for years. It started as a flicker of an idea — what if magic was outlawed, and the last heir to a ruined kingdom found herself at the center of a rebellion she never asked for? From there, it grew into a story about ancient powers, fractured loyalties, and a young woman who must choose between the safety of silence and the danger of defiance.

About The Druids’ Queen

Sixteen years ago, the kingdom of Éiliria was torn apart when High Lord Brés dé Morrigan declared war on magic. He slaughtered the druids, murdered King and Queen Nuada, and shattered the balance that had kept the realm in harmony.

Now, magic is all but dead, and Éiliria survives under a fragile peace. That peace is shattered when Rionach dé Lir, a quiet noblewoman with no desire for politics, is kidnapped by tribal warriors and a rogue order of druids who believe she is the rightful Queen — and the last hope for restoring magic.

Dragged into a conflict she never wanted, Rionach must navigate shifting alliances, ancient prophecies, and a growing power within herself that may be too dangerous to control. As rebellion sparks and long-buried secrets rise to the surface, Rionach must decide whether to stand as a figurehead or fight to become a true queen.

Why This Story Matters to Me

The Druids’ Queen is a story about reclaiming identity. Rionach isn’t a born heroine. She’s quiet, observant, and has been taught that survival means staying unnoticed. But when her world begins to unravel, she’s forced to confront who she really is — and what she’s willing to risk for her people.

I’ve always loved fantasy that blends political intrigue with deep character journeys. Éiliria is a world where ancient traditions clash with the hunger for power, and where magic isn’t just a tool, but a living force that demands respect — or revenge.

Writing this book has been a labor of love, frustration, and countless cups of tea. And now, it’s finally ready to meet readers.
