Thank you for purchasing my book! I truly appreciate your support. Because each purchase helps support my work as an author, I generally do not offer refunds once an order has been placed. However, I want you to be happy with your purchase, so I will gladly work with you if there is an issue.
Digital Books (eBooks & Audiobooks)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the files have been delivered. If you have trouble downloading or accessing your purchase, please contact me, and I’ll make sure you get a working copy.
Physical Books
Refunds or replacements are available if:

Your order is lost in transit
To request a refund or replacement, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and (if applicable) photos of the damage.
